Because our items are carefully curated and often limited, all sales are final. We only offer refunds or replacements under strict conditions regarding transit damage. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Refunds (Damaged Items Only)
We only accept refund or replacement requests if the product arrives damaged or defective upon delivery.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or normal wear and tear.
To qualify for a refund, you must provide mandatory video proof as outlined below.
2. ⚠️ Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To protect both our customers and our small business against transit mishaps, we require a continuous, unedited unboxing video to process any damage claims.
Your video must clearly show:
The unopened package with the shipping label clearly visible.
The physical opening of the package wrapper/box.
The detailed inspection of the product showing the damage or defect.
🚫 Important Note: If the unboxing video is edited, paused, cut, or filmed after the package has already been opened, your refund or replacement request will unfortunately be automatically declined.

If your item arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the package:

Attachments: Please attach your uncut unboxing video and clear high-resolution photos of the damage.
4. Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your video proof, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your claim.
Approved Claims: If approved, you can choose either a replacement of the exact item (subject to availability) or a full refund credited back to your original method of payment.
Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
